1. What is H Memorial Group?

H Memorial Group is the corporate, information and routing hub for eight specialized memorial companies. It helps families, cemeteries, funeral homes and professional partners reach the correct company. H Memorial Group is not a ninth product storefront and does not maintain a mixed catalog or consumer checkout.

2. Which H Memorial Group company should I use?

Choose the company whose approved role matches the product or service you need. The same routing matrix applies on all nine websites.

3. What commercial programs are currently approved?

The same current matrix must be shown wherever group programs are explained. The responsible company must confirm eligibility in the calculator, checkout, CRM, written quote and signed agreement.

4. How is the eligible discount amount calculated?

A base program is calculated only on the eligible product subtotal. Taxes, cemetery and permit fees, foundation, installation, additional delivery, Monument Service Group services, provider fees, third-party charges and separate services are excluded. One base program applies per order.

5. How does the Smart Showroom 10% work?

The Smart Showroom reduction is available only for a verified self-guided B2C visit at an enabled customer-facing location. It is the only approved additional product reduction and is applied sequentially after one eligible base program. It is not available for warehouse visits, staffed appointments, Monument Service Group services or H Stones B2B agreements.

6. How does sequential calculation work?

Each approved reduction is applied to the balance remaining after the previous approved reduction. For example, a $10,000 eligible product subtotal with a 25% base program becomes $7,500. An eligible Smart Showroom 10% is then calculated on $7,500, producing $6,750. The combined effective reduction is 32.5%, not 35%.

7. Who qualifies for the Veterans and First Responders programs?

Verified eligible Veterans may receive 10% and verified eligible First Responders may receive 5% only on an eligible long-term internal product plan. These are base programs, cannot be stacked with another base program, and do not apply to services, provider fees, third-party financing or H Stones B2B agreements.

8. How does Early Payoff work?

Early Payoff applies only to an eligible 12, 18, 24, 30 or 36-month internal product plan. It is calculated only on the remaining unpaid eligible product balance, requires Finance confirmation and does not apply to the original paid amount, services, fees, Klarna or Affirm. The approved rate is shown in the common commercial matrix above.

9. When is a product released into production under an internal plan?

For applicable made-to-order consumer product brands, all cemetery, design, order-data and signed-contract conditions must also be complete. The approved payment milestones are shown below.

Memory Stones inventory, Memoria architectural projects, Monument Service Group services and H Stones B2B work follow the applicable written SKU, project, service or B2B agreement.

10. Is delivery free to Alaska or Hawaii?

No. Alaska and Hawaii require a separate written shipping quote. Complimentary delivery applies only to eligible products within the approved 48-state geography and only when the responsible company's written terms confirm eligibility.

11. When can installation be quoted or scheduled?

Only after the cemetery, ZIP code, plot, product, access, permit, foundation, provider, price and schedule are confirmed in writing. Installation is separate from the product price and discount base unless a signed quote expressly says otherwise.

12. How are cemetery rules verified?

The responsible company can help contact the cemetery and organize documentation. The customer must provide accurate cemetery and plot information and approve the final design. Final acceptance remains subject to the cemetery's written rules and approval.

13. What does the product warranty cover and exclude?

Only the product-specific written warranty controls. A product warranty does not automatically cover installation, foundation, delivery, cemetery movement, third-party handling, vandalism, external damage, accessories, removal or reinstallation. Service and B2B warranties follow the signed scope or agreement.

14. Which locations accept in-person visits?

The group network consists of 20 physical points across 10 states: 17 customer-facing B2C locations and 3 warehouse-only points. A customer-facing location may accept a verified Smart Showroom visit or a staffed appointment. Warehouse-only points do not offer B2C or Smart Showroom access and require advance appointment.

15. Why is an advance appointment required for a staffed visit?

The network uses extended access hours, scheduled specialists and shared facilities. An advance appointment confirms that the correct team member, samples and access are available. Published access hours do not promise that a staffed representative is continuously present.

16. How do I request Smart Showroom access?

Select an enabled customer-facing location and request self-guided access through the website, phone or approved contact channel. Access is provided only after identity, location, date and time are confirmed. A code must not be issued for a warehouse-only point.

17. Can Smart Showroom savings be used at a warehouse or after a staffed appointment?

No. The approved additional 10% applies only to a verified self-guided B2C Smart Showroom visit. It does not apply to warehouse visits or to a visit handled as a staffed appointment.

18. Are all products available on every website?

No. Each company has a distinct role. Products must not be copied, renamed or routed between brands by appearance or by AI inference. Availability, SKU, quantity, image, price and category changes require the responsible product owner's written source for that brand.

19. Where should I go for bronze, in-stock products, columbaria, services or wholesale?

Use Legacy Bronze for bronze products, Memory Stones for confirmed in-stock inventory, Memoria Columbarium for columbaria and cremation memorialization, Monument Service Group for installation and field services, and H Stones for professional B2B or wholesale inquiries.

20. Which terms control my order?

The current product page, written quote, signed agreement, approved financing terms and product-specific warranty issued by the responsible company control the transaction. If public content conflicts with the signed agreement, contact the responsible company before payment or production release so the terms can be corrected in writing.
